Bio illumia will accept a full refund or exchange for any of the following within 14 days:

 - The product proves faulty within 14 days of receiving the product.

 - The product does not match its description as provided when sold.

 - The product received is not the product ordered.

 - The product has been damaged in transit.


In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our customer care team at with a photo of the damaged, incorrect or faulty item along with your order number within 14 business days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Policy:

Bio illumia will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged, incorrect or faulty item received:

 - We ask that a tracking number is obtained from Australia Post when returning your order to ensure returned delivery to the Bio illumia customer service team.

 - Once we have received the item, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment and can take between 3-7 business days to credit your account.

 - If you select for a replacement product to be shipped to you, we will send via express post within 2 business days after we have received the returned item.
